Join Jay Clue & Dive Ninjas as we set sail to one of the most untouched areas of Indonesia aboard the beautiful Gaia Love!  The Forgotten Islands, also known as the Southeast Moluccas, are a remote and largely unexplored chain of islands stretching from Timor to West Papau and boast some of the best scuba diving in Indonesia! We’ll start our trip exploring the black sands of Ambon home to some of the most unique marine life in the world including the Ambon Scorpion fish, psychedelic frogfish,  Halimeda Ghost pipefish, Rhinopias, and many more! From there we’ll cross overnight to begin exploring the Forgotten Islands. 

This chain of small islands is renowned for their rich biodiversity including schools of hammerheads, manta rays, Pygmy seahorses, turtles, incredible coral reefs, massive schools of barracuda and so much more. But keep your eyes peeled because massive whale sharks, dolphins, and even whales have been spotted migrating through these islands. 

Our ship for this special expedition is the Gaia Love — a beautiful 130ft (40m) modern steel motor yacht, purpose built to explore the far-reach regions of Indonesia in comfort and style. The Gaia Love is world renown for providing a bespoke liveaboard experience. Her staterooms boast 215sq ft (20m) of space with soft linens, plush cushy pillows, premium mattresses, and en-suite bathrooms making them more reminiscent of high end hotel accommodations. The upper deck staterooms even include their own private balconies for taking in the views between dives.  

The Gaia Love also features multiple areas for relaxing and socializing between dives such as a large sundeck with both covered and uncovered areas as well as a bar. Her temperature controlled camera room and multiple dedicated camera wash bins will make any photographer smile. Divers will also love her spacious dive deck and 3 custom built dive skiffs. 

But it doesn’t end there. Catering to a wide palette, the Gaia’s chefs prepare a variety of delicious western and Indonesian cuisine all freshly prepared daily in her commercially equipped galley. Her chefs prepare 3 delicious meals per day, as well as afternoon tea, fresh pastries and snacks.
